Phelps Elementary is located in a beautiful rural setting in Pike County in far Eastern Kentucky. The teachers, students, parents, and staff have created a safe , welcoming school where we take pride in a culture of excellence. The dedicated faculty and staff have made a commitment to continue to seek avenues to improve and sustain the highest quality of education for our students.
