The Phelps Elementary Library serves a school population of approximately400 students in grades K-6. The library has over 13,000 books on all subjects. The library is open from 8:00 to 3:00 daily for library instruction, research, studying, reading and storytelling. All library classes have an assigned library time, allowing each homeroom class an hour of library time each week. |
