Purchase orders were used to purchase supplies for writing instruction, arts and humanities instruction, programs, practical living and career studies, and primary classroom instruction.
Travel forms and requests from October 23, 2012 April 12, 2013 are located in the notebook titled "Phelps Elementary Purchase Orders Travel 2012-2013" and is available upon request at the school. Travel forms and requests were used for field trips where students went to theaters to watch shows, programs, plays, and movies for arts and humanities instruction. Travel forms were also used to request travel for field trips where physical wellness and writing were addressed in primary and intermediate programs. Emergency Plan, Drill Procedures, Maintenance Checklists, Fire Drill Reports, Fire Marshall Reports, Fire Evacuation Plans, Tornado Drill Reports, Earthquake Drill Reports, Lock Down Drill Reports, and Bomb Threat Drill Reports are all located in the "Phelps Elementary Fire Safety Plan 2012-2013" notebook and is available upon request from the school. School participates in one lockdown drill per year, monthly fire drills, four tornado drills per year, one bomb threat drill per semester, and two earthquake drills per year.
