A school establishes and uses a systematic, comprehensive system that addresses accelerated learning, achievement gaps, highly-effective instruction, readiness to learn and student transitions. A school provides a seamless framework, using state and federal funding, that addresses academic and behavioral needs, that is accessible to all students.

Principals are the primary leaders of all K-3 program efforts and support teacher leadership through shared leadership strategies and actions.

Purchase Orders from 6-27-12 to 2-26-13 are located in the notebook titled "Phelps Elementary Purchase Orders Travel 2012-2013" and is available upon request at the school.  Purchase orders were used to purchase supplies for writing instruction, arts and humanities instruction, programs, practical living and career studies, and primary classroom instruction.

 

Travel forms and requests from October 23, 2012 April 12, 2013 are located in the notebook titled "Phelps Elementary Purchase Orders Travel 2012-2013" and is available upon request at the school.  Travel forms and requests were used for field trips where students went to theaters to watch shows, programs, plays, and movies for arts and humanities instruction.  Travel forms were also used to request travel for field trips where physical wellness and writing were addressed in primary and intermediate programs.
